I observe that the situation that obtained in 1942 is again taking shape today. History repeats itself but not in every details. No government, neither the Prime Minister nor the President will be able to control the revolutionary situation that is developing all over the country. The masses are on the move and the reins are fast slipping from the hands of our rulers. Under these circumstances we will have to get our thinking out of the rut. The situation is now ripe for steps that looked very difficult a little while ago.
